Dr. Wittal’s desire to help those in need through chiropractic care comes from being an avid athlete, with a strong passion for sport. He has spent over 20 years competing in ice hockey, lacrosse, baseball and rugby. Suffering from a multitude of injuries ranging from concussions, low back pain to separated shoulders, he relied heavily on chiropractic care to help him recover faster.
She has worked with a variety of patients, from babies to retirees. Her treatments incorporate techniques including medium to deep Swedish massage, myofascial release techniques, contract- relax stretching and craniosacral therapy and has experience treating musculoskeletal dysfunctions, pre and post natal patients, headaches, neurological conditions and more.
Her primary goal for treatment is to relieve pain, promote optimal physical function and to provide preventative education for long term solutions.
