Alexandra Frisk

With a unique background that bridges elite athletics and behavioral science, Alexandra brings a high-octane perspective to vision therapy. A former student-athlete, she completed her pre-optometry studies at Red Deer College while competing on the women’s ice hockey team, later earning her degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University.

Now a seasoned therapist with six years of clinical experience, Alexandra joined the Catalyst team to push the boundaries of sports vision and neurological rehabilitation. She doesn’t just treat visual deficits; she leverages her competitive drive to help patients unlock a new “vision” of themselves—optimizing performance and enhancing quality of life through science-backed visual training.
