On Oct 23, 2017 my world took a flip being hit by a car on my bike. Less than 4 weeks before my Ironman race, I knew Catalyst was were I had to go. Thank you for taking me in and give me hope that it was possible. On November 19th, I got to to the start line of Ironman Arizona. I swam 4 km, biked 180 km and then ran 42.1 km. Not only did I finish....I crushed my last time by almost 1 hour. A huge thank you to everyone at Catalyst who helped get me back in the game! You are the best!
