Dr. Wittal’s desire to help those in need through chiropractic care comes from playing a wide range of sports growing up, often battling through injuries. He has spent over 25 years competing in ice hockey, lacrosse, baseball and rugby. Suffering from a multitude of injuries ranging from concussions, low back pain to separated shoulders, he relied heavily on chiropractic care to help him recover faster.  

His constant pursuit of knowledge led him to Catalyst Kinetics to do a mentorship with Dr. Sigalet. There he started to form his philosophy of care that is focused on continued growth, providing honest care and a team based approach. This has led him to take extensive continuing education classes on concussion management, myofascial release, extremity adjusting, functional movement assessment, applied kinesiology, vestibular rehabilitation, shockwave therapy and nutritional support. 

Dr. Wittal enjoys working with patients who have been dealing with complex cases, post concussion symptoms and anyone who is willing to put in the time required to live a healthy pain free life. Dr. Wittal’s time in San Jose and practicing in BC have allowed him to treat a wide range of clientele including weekend warriors, amateur golfers, NHL, NLL, NFL, CL, Olympic athletes and everything in-between.
