Naomi Gilligan, Kin
Naomi is a seasoned kinesiologist with over 10+ years of experience in active health and rehabilitation, and is a dedicated Health Coach to complement her practice in improving client wellbeing through compassionate and knowledgeable support. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a bachelor’s degree in science (Kinesiology), along with a certification in Health and Fitness, and is a member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists.
Naomi later graduated with a diploma in Holistic nutrition and health coaching with a passion to blend comprehensive wellness tools and education into her practice. Naomi has also paired taping and sports aid training with over 15+ years of experience working with athletic teams that expands her range with sport performance, injury prevention, management and recovery.
Naomi’s wide breadth of knowledge and experience allows her to amplify rehabilitation, fitness, sport performance, health, happiness and vitality to a wide range of clientele populations.
Naomi specializes in:

- post concussion and vestibular rehabilitation

- injury specific rehabilitation and conditioning
- breathwork and meditation/mindfulness practices.
Naomi follows a client-centered approach that focuses on harnessing their strengths and individuality, and helps her clients discover and apply compatible exercise prescription, nutritional and lifestyle changes to meet their distinctive needs and health goals. She also incorporates targeted goal-setting and mindset coaching tools to help shift beliefs, identify and remove barriers to nurture motivation and promote long-lasting change, so they can become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
The pursuit of Wellness is her greatest interest, passion, and journey. She carries an excitable enthusiasm for learning and new knowledge, and incorporates a variety of evolving health and wellness tools and strategies both into her practice, as well as into her own lifestyle. Naomi also inspires, influences and coaches clients abroad through her own independent online health coaching business, Naomi4wellness.
She believes that connecting all three aspects of our nature; the **Mind** through mindfulness, the **Body** through movement, and the **Spirit** through meditation, we can all aspire to be the best version of ourselves. Through her own health struggles, life experiences and considerable trauma, she has learned to overcome tremendous challenges and help empower others to do the same.

When Naomi isn’t in the clinic, with a sports team, coaching online, educating herself or leading a wellness retreat, she is a dedicated only parent of two energetic boys, and strives to balance her life as an inspiring working mother with family, friends and FUN. She has and continues to lead a very outgoing and active lifestyle: competing on a soccer field, hiking in nature, weight training, running outdoors, enjoying concerts, bike riding, skiing, boating, travel, and wineries.
